It all started out in San Antonio in 2005, when a 14 year old Dylan Loza picked up the guitar, and a spark was lit in his soul. He spent the following years discovering his voice, his style, and his passion for the stage. He began playing in and out of bars and restaurants at the ripe age of 17 and never looked back. Since then, he's played all over the great state of Texas, and even took his chance on Season 11 of American Idol where he made it all the way to the Hollywood rounds. Nowadays he plays 3 to 6 times a week working hard for his time to shine!

Dylan drew his inspirations from Classic Soul artists such as Otis Redding, Ray Charles, and Sam Cooke at first. Then as he aged he became enthralled with the Reggae sounds of Bob Marley. Adding in his South Texas Country background, and intrests in artists like Jason Mraz, John Mayer, and Jack Johnson, he came up with a genre of his own which he calls Soul Rock.
